Gotta love rhyming "foam" with "poem" XD

It has been decided that our business unit is to move to the ground floor, and from tomorrow on I will spend eight hours a day in an office facing a heavy traffic Bundesstraße at a 50 yards distance. Soon I'm gonna climb out the window and throw my noise-sensitive self in front of a by-thundering lorry.

Der quietschgelbe Container in Kombi mit dem Magnolienbaum in all seiner Pracht hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

(Ja, ich weiß, dass wir Herbt haben. Eben drum. Und außerdem habe ich das Bild gerade erst wieder auf meiner Kamera entdeckt.)

What am I supposed to think of a man who choses (not one, but two) white potted plastic cyclamen (Alpenveilchen) for office decor?

(I have a cyclamen on my desk. But it's alive. And it's pink, not white. And I am a woman, although living pink cyclamen would be perfectly alright on the desk of a male employee, it's all about emancipation and stuff, right? )
